I am a long time travel agent who is making some life changes and going to sea to sell. In February we will begin sailing on Holland America’s Zuiderdam as officers, job title – on board cruise consultants. We are moving from a 4 bedroom house into an inside cabin for 4 months after 31 years of marriage. So what do you think the odds are of making it to 32 years in an inside cabin? I’m thinking of starting a pool.
As we get prepared to leave and gearing up on my technology to bring along, pare down a wardrobe to what I need and what I can store and rearrange my own travel business, I will keep you informed of the progress.
Visit often after Feb 1 to read about our onboard experiences and the ports we visit. Sail away with us!
Joanne, This blog is on my must read list. I can’t wait to read about your experience. Colleen Gillette

I think I might be a little jealous! Sounds exciting but if anyone can pull it off, it’s you.

Wow! who’s the hottie in the red dress!
I feel so out of the loop in catching up with the cruise details.
Sounds like all is going well. It was great to read about all of your different experiences and encounters. Keep a journal. We did when we were in Fiji, and it was amazining how all of those memories came back to us by reading about them at a later time.
You two are quite the handsome couple!!!
Is everything going ok with Evan? We will be praying.
We just got back from Maui on Wed. It was Amazing!!!
We kayaked with the whales, got the red carpet rolled out for us at the Ritz and ate lots of amazing food.
Cara”our adopted daughter who works at the Ritz” spoiled us rotten. What a gift from the lord. !!!
Missing you sweetie. We must have dinner together when yall get back to the states. Thanks for keeping us posted. Hugs to Michael for us as well.
love, Uly and Jen
